I play Modern Warfare 4 online on PC. Which products cover Campaign, Multiplayer, and DMZ, and what if Ricochet flags my hardware?

This store lists four SKUs: Modern Warfare 4 Cheats (link 2), HWID Spoofer, UGC, and Skin Changer. Each has its own license and checkout.

So the cheat is MW4 only — one loader for Campaign and online modes?

Correct — Modern Warfare 4 on PC: Campaign plus online Multiplayer, Gunfight, Ground War, and DMZ. Check the product page and live status banner before every session.

If Ricochet hardware-bans your PC, fresh Activision logins can fail on that machine. HWID Spoofer (link 2) is the standalone tool for that fingerprint issue — not bundled with the cheat.

Account email ban would be UGC then?

Yes — profile suspension vs PC flag. Wrong tool wastes money.
