Loader opens but Modern Warfare 4 crashes right after the latest patch. What should I verify before opening a ticket?

Step one: homepage status banner. If it says updating or offline, stop — do not force the loader.

Then TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, HVCI, and Core Isolation — Activision requires the same baseline for online MW4. Windows updates often flip Secure Boot off.

Secure Boot was disabled in BIOS. Enabled it and the game boots.

If it still fails, ticket support with order email, Windows build, and the exact loader error text.
