The cheat license includes player ESP, item and crate markers, soft aim and aimbot presets, recoil control, 2D radar, stream-proof overlay, and cloud configs. Full list is on Modern Warfare 4 Cheats (link 2).

Does that include camos or spoofer?

No. Skin Changer is cosmetic-only. HWID Spoofer is for hardware bans. UGC is for account appeals. Separate checkouts.

Same cheat build covers the Campaign plus Multiplayer, Gunfight, Ground War, and DMZ on Hajin — one license.

And Ranked?

Ranked was not live at MW4 launch; when Activision enables it, confirm status before you queue. No module stays undetected forever.
