Brand-new Activision account gets banned in minutes on my desktop but works on my laptop. Does the HWID spoofer fix that?

That pattern is Ricochet tying enforcement to your desktop hardware. HWID Spoofer rotates disk, MAC, and GPU IDs plus cleanup — you do not need an active cheat license to buy it.

UGC is for when the platform locks your profile but a new account works fine on the same PC. Your symptom is the opposite — use HWID.
